Built for Phoenix heat, dust and monsoon debris

Sliding doors take a beating in the Valley. Fine dust packs into tracks, monsoon debris jams rollers, and strong sun dries out the seals around the door. The result is a door that drags, rattles or lets in hot air.

Many repairs start with the rollers and the track. Worn rollers or a dirty or bent track are the most common reasons a door grinds or comes off its track. We check both before recommending anything, so you only pay for what the door needs.

We also install sliding door weatherstripping to help seal out heat and dust. If your slider feels drafty or your cooling runs harder than it should, worn seals are worth a look.

We service and install doors from Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Marvin, Jeld-Wen, Simonton, Fleetwood, Therma-Tru, Hurd and other well-known brands, including large-panel and multi-slide doors.

New customers get $50 off any sliding door roller replacement. Mention this offer when you call (480) 741-2405. It ends December 24, 2026.

Sliding door questions, answered

Why is my sliding glass door hard to slide or grinding?

Usually the rollers are worn, or the track is dirty or damaged. Dust and debris build up quickly in Arizona. We check both and tell you whether a roller replacement or a track repair will fix it.

My sliding door came off the track. Can I lift it back on?

Sliding glass doors are heavy and the glass can break if it's mishandled, so be careful. If it won't go back easily, don't force it. Call us for same-day service and we'll get it back on and find out why it came off.

My sliding door won't lock or the latch doesn't line up. What can be done?

Often the lock or keeper just needs adjusting. If parts are worn or broken, we repair or replace the lock.

What should I do if the glass is broken or shattered?

Keep people and pets away from the opening and be careful around the glass. Then call us. We'll look at whether replacing only the glass or the whole door makes more sense.

How much does sliding glass door roller replacement cost?

We use upfront, flat-rate pricing, so you get the price before any work begins, with no surprise fees. New customers also get $50 off roller replacement through December 24, 2026.

Should I repair or replace my sliding glass door?

If the problem is rollers, a track, a lock or a handle, repair is usually enough. If the frame is damaged or the door is past fixing, replacement may be better. At your free in-home quote we'll tell you which makes sense.

Can you fix foggy glass in a dual-pane slider?

Fogging usually means the seal between the panes has failed, which can cost you energy in Arizona heat. We can look at replacing the glass.

Can weatherstripping help with a drafty slider?

Yes. Worn weatherstripping lets in heat, dust and air. We offer sliding door weatherstripping to seal the door better.

Do you repair sliding screen doors?

Yes. We repair screen doors that are off track, torn or have a bent frame.

Can you replace a handle on my Andersen, Milgard, Fleetwood or Pella door?

Yes. We work with those brands and many others, and we'll match the handle to your door.

What are your hours?
